OPA is currently working with an experienced international football professional from the United Kingdom, with a background in professional scouting, player development, and experience within top academy environments — including Manchester City and Liverpool FC.
This collaboration is focused on supporting the academy's long-term international direction and raising our development standards to align with the best in the world.

Player Pathway & Eligibility
OPA is committed to operating within international football regulations. Any potential opportunities involving clubs abroad will only apply to players of appropriate level and age — minimum 16 years old, in line with international guidelines. Selection will always be based on development, readiness, and long-term player welfare.
